Best money maker for kids???

Question

We had to take my dog to the vet today and now he has to be on med. for his seizures and I have to help pay for it. Does anyone have any ideas of I how I could earn allownce?

P.S. I am 12 years old.

I found a great book at the library that just may help you answer your own question. Only YOU know what your skills and interests are. The book is called "How to be a Teenage Millionaire" by Art Beroff and TR Adams. Get to the library and either check out or reserve a copy. The resources in the back of the book are amazing!!!

Well, since it is winter, you cant just make a lemonaid stand or mow lawns. My sugjestion is babysitting. Be a very mature girl. Get good grades. Keep your room clean. And your parent's friends or your teacher might need help for babysitting. If you want to ask just say, "I could watch them for a few hours anytime you need me to." Another thing that works for me is going to my grandma or aunt or my parent's friend, and saying, "I dont have any money, could you loan me (5, 10, 20) dollars? If you do I can vacume your carpet, or help you babysit, or clean your house next weekend, or I will come over later. It allways works for me. Just DONT do it too often or they wont. And follow through with your promises so that they know that they can expect you to do what you said you would, if you dont then they wont want to ever loan you money again. Good luck with your dog.
