A stone is an English measure and is = 14 pounds.
a kg = approximately 2.2 pounds
Thus 1 stone = approximately 14/2.2= 6.3636 kg.
1 meter = 39.37 inches, so
1 cm = .3937 inches
12/.3937 cm =12inches = 1 foot
30.48 cm = 1 foot
