take coriander seed. (methi seed) 4 table spoon.
4 garlic peeled cut small.
3 black pepper
place a pan on the fire and roast the coriander seeds
then pour 2 cups of water.
add black pepper
let it boil for a while and add garlic let it boil until the color of the water turns into dark like black tea.
strain the water and add sugar for your taste and drink it before going to bed.
In the morning have a good wash and spray under arm perfume and have a strong mint. Some time the smell can linger on.
But your health come first . do this when you are at home.

You might not feel better tomorrow but drinking a lot of green tea will help you get better a lot faster. It has lots of antioxidants which make you immune system stronger. That also means that if you make a practice of drinking green tea twice a day or so, you'll be less likely to get colds in the future. Plus, green tea has the added benefits of boosting your metabolism, decreasing your appetite and blocking free radicals (which give you wrinkles). Hope you get better soon.

If you are just starting to feel the symptoms you can try something like Airborne, a vitamin supplement. If it's already a full blown cold there isn't much you can do except let it run its course. Chicken noodle soup can help you feel better and of course you can try some over the counter meds to help temporarily ease the symptoms. Otherwise just rest and ride it out.

Any over the counter remedy will help allivate your symptons so you'll get a good nights sleep, which is the best remedy. The more you rest, the more your body is able to fight off the virus.
Also, plenty of fluids, helps rid your body of toxins, which also helps your bodies ability to fight the virus.
So, lots of rest and plenty of fluids.
Hope you feel better soon.

I don't think u can do anything by tomorrow, but I'd stay away from cold medicines, ( I think they just prolong colds and I actually feel worse when they wear off). I just slather on the vicks and use a humidifier. Might not work for everyone, but it works for me.

Vitamin C and Zinc. Plenty of fluids like juices and warm water with freshly squeeze lemon juice in with a spoon of honey. Keep warm and rest. And have someone special give you a good cuddle.
