You can mow all winter long if your grass continues to grow. One hazard is that if you mow when your lawn is still frozen( anything below 29 degrees f), you run the risk of killing your lawn. Growth typically slows during winter, especially in certain regions of the country. This will most likley be the last time you have to mow before your lawn goes dormant. Good luck, and if you have any questions call your local home and garden store for tips or specialized fertilizers that will jump-start next years growth.

You should probably mow the lawn on the next decent day you have. That way, you'll also clean off any debris (leaves, twigs, etc.) that can cause damage to your lawn if left on it over the winter. As long as you're at it, after you mow, you may want to put some winterizing fertilizer down.
If you never get the lawn to defrost, you probably won't do terrible harm, but it may not look so hot next year.

Blog on subjects. Make a website. Watch, and take care of people's pets. A special talent. I can't think of much a 13 year old can do especially buisness related. There's even off subject things that a 13 year old could do. Such as learn sign language and get paid to sign with someone so they aren't lonely. write poetry and song lyrics. There's always sites you can put your writing up on. Draw. If there's something that you like. Do it, one way to live up to a dream Is something you have to do first... Get a job so you have money to do what you want. Hell when I was 13 I wish I had the thoughts that you had. Stay like that and keep positive. Everyone's telling you that you can't do anything. There are ways. Just think and the write thing will come to you over time. Pacients is the key to success. Goodluck to you. Don't let these people bring you down, I don't even care if people hate my answer, because I know it's going to help you and think more, so no worries. Chin up and goodluck!

Go ahead & cut. Does no harm at all. If in doubt raise the mower deck 1 notch & leave it a little longer for the final cut. We mulch leaves on properties 'til the snow flies with no problem......
