with both 1 GB RAM...which one will perform better ...plz help

it depends on what you intend to do with it, if its just like normal stuff like microsoft office and such, then 2.0 because that operates immediately faster with very linear numbers.... more complex programs like intense music and video editors, (not like basic ones, but like professional stuff) then the 1.66 duo core is your deal
note: the duo core uses more battery than a 2.0, so if you want power, go with the 2.0... but im not sure what you intend on doing with it so i hope this helped

of coz 2.o is better.1.66 duo make u feel like 1.66x2=3.32 in thinking.in reality 1.66 duo is the speed of 1.66 for two comp to share one cpu.it's not time 2 of the speed.

i would get the duo core, since that would be 2x 1.66ghz processors.
