For $250 you can get a really awesome phone; that's actually towards the really high end. Just check out the websites of the carriers you are interested in. I just got one from Verizon called "LG The V - Vcast Music" that is sort of like a smart-phone but without the expensive data plan. I love it! I highly reccomend Verizon as a carrier, by the way.

it depends what provider.. and also what you want your cellphone to have on it.. i like t-mobiles sick kick and Verizon's chocolate.. also razrs are good
