Se7en. It's one of the most disturbing films I've ever seen. The killer (Kevin Spacey) has killed five people for commiting five of the Seven Deadly Sins, lust, sloth, greed, gluttony and pride. Then he sends the hero (Brad Pitt) a package and when he opens it he finds his pregnant wife(Gwyneth Paltrow)'s severed head inside. Then the killer tellls the hero that they are guilty of the last two sins, envy, because the killer is jealous of the hero's marriage, and anger because the hero then kills the killer in a rage. Even though the killer dies at the end, he still wins in a really sick, twisted way.

Well there's Daredevil. Bullseye is still alive at the end and Daredevil "lost " Elektra.
Sin City kinda too. B/c hartigan shoots himself at the end.
Seven- brad pitt shoots Kevin spacey and goes to jail.
There's also the lIfe of David gale- he's kinda innocent
and Amerian Beauty.
