i have one day bleeds and spotting for 3 days i still have sore nipples and feeling of butterflys in my tommy i can't sleep at night, wee a lot, but every test i have had is negative. I have had 3 girls and all were negative but this was 26 years ago now it's hard to get a doctor to even gave you a scan.

I have had alot of trouble with the urine pregnancy tests. They would tell me I was pregnant when I wasn't and they would tell me I wasn't when I actually was. I finally had to tell the doctor to give me blood tests instead. They are 100% accurate.

If you had three children 26 years ago and are having irregular periods, there is a good chance you are starting menopause. Make an appointment to see your Dr. If you are still convinced you are pregnant, wait another week and take a test. Pregnancy test sensitivity has changed over two and a half decades and are much more accurate.

Wow - they won't give you a scan? I would honestly bug them until they do give you one because if you are pregnant they need to get you started on prenatal care. Good luck!
