What is the olympics point scale..?

is it 8 for gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze, or what is it?? thanks!

Actually there is no official point scale. If you lok at the country totals, they are listed by Gold, Silver and Bronze. Oddly enough, often the total medal count doesn't always lead the unofficial list but the country with the most Gold medals. But the order can be in any format.

No point scale, you don't win by gaining points. It's 1st place for Gold, 2nd place for Silver and 3rd place for Bronze.
