Why do we even have them and don't you think its annoying to vote for yes or no because they all have their good sides and bad sides?

If you partially disagree with the proposal, vote No.

When numbered and lettered "propositions" are presented during elections for political offices, they become "political footballs", favored by one party and often opposed by the other instead of being judged on their own merits, as would happen in a separate "special election".

When voters have any doubts on any "proposition", it is probably better to vote "NO". That way it will either die a natural death, or it will be brought back in a special election when everyone has returned to their senses. No "proposition" and CERTAINLY no CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT on the ballot is ever so urgent as to warrant the chance making an irreversible mistake.
