Yeah, with what I do for a living you have to. If I let my emotions take over there wouldn't be any dogs out there working. When you work with a dog for over a year you get attatched, but they belong with someone else and not me.

Yes, it can be difficult but you have to do it in most jobs(including mine). Some of the people I work with are also friends, but I can't just give their files preference over other people's because of that. Technically I COULD do that because I have a position of authority, but it wouldn't be right for business.

In a way I do and in a way I don't.I am a counsellor,and sometimes when I am at home I do alot of reading or research,so that when I have to see the person/people again,I am going to be able to help them better.

in order to do that, you have to be almost inhuman to be really successful. ive known some that can and it amazes me how someone can be 1 person during business hours and like another person afterwards. i cant do it, and really dont trust those who can.

yeah I am , I feel bad sometimes because I am the boss and I am friends with everybody I work with but I can be a cold piece when need be
