I wanted to see what temp was the most popular,so do you like your steak,rare,medium,medium well done or well done?I myself like my steak Medium well done,tastes more tender and flavorful and has a little pink but aint bloody,what about yall?

Yup and forgot about the mushrooms and onions,and baked potatoes I usually put cream cheese on mine instead of sour cream,more flavorful!

Get a very hot grill and just take a ribeye steak and slap it on and then turn it over immediately and then pull it off. Basically sear it on both sides and serve it. Yummy. Blood rare. That is the most tender and juiciest.
Put some 'shrooms sauteed in wine and butter on the side with a fully stuffed baked potato. Ya can't beat that!

That will depend whether the meat has been marinated. If not, medium would be the best because it's not too dry. Well done makes me feel like I eat cardbox paper, even though I hate to see blood (as others call it 'juice').
If it has been merinated, medium well is my choice.
Anyway, it's just funny that the topic reminds me of
- meat juice vs
- soy milk
These terms make you feel more appetite when they are not so straightforward. Think about it.

I like my steak very well done, almost burned and if done correctly the outside is crunchy and the inside is tender without any sign of blood. But once at a very fancy restaurant a chief refused to distroy a good piece of meat...LOL. So I changed my order. That was so funny.

I like mine well done with a little BBQ char around the edges. I like a big baked potato with tons of butter on the side. I won't eat meat if it is pink at all. I have a thing for that. I am not a huge meat fan.

MMMMM.I like my steak medium cause it keep the juice, not well done it get too hard .as a matter of fat is one of the most exquisite red meat that you can eat, but you eat it everyday not to good for your hearlth. hezeleye52
