block phone numbers to my wifes phone via the internet, without her knowing.

nothing other than text addiction, its drivin the whole family mad its nearly constant, be helpful please, she wont listen to our complaints.

If you don't trust your wife why don't you just tell her face to face that you don't trust her. (This way she will know how you really feel about her).
Don't go behind her back and try to block her incoming calls. As this is impossilbe in any country unless the telephone company has a court order to block her number from incoming calls or tapp her telephone line. An usually this is very hard to obtain a court order from any judge without a really excellent valid reason why he/she should issue a court order.
You should see a psychologist for some kind of help. A psychiatrist, would just pull out thier Rx. and put you on drugs.

Tell her that if she wants to act like a child then you will treat her like a child and take the mobile phone from her. Or you could try and reason with her telling her that she needs to spend more time with you instead of texting all the time, if she really wants to have a full scale convo with her friends tell her to get it all out of her system by phoning them.
If its a contract phone change it to pay as you go.

You can call the phone company. It's the only way to block a phone number.

Only the phone company can block numbers from calling her phone...but they usually need a court order to do it. i worked for a phone company for several years :)

This virus cannot be detected only if the user uses a full system scan. It blocks everything. Including phone calls.
Although don't ask me how to find it...
