NK was threatening nukes when Clinton was in office. blows your theory. about it being Dubya. The threat of nuclear power provides a means of manipulative control over the other countries of the world. as Iran or NK and countries of their ilk are looking to have a hold on the rest of the world it is not a democratic thing or a repbulican thing. get off the bash bush band wagon and you might have presented a half decent question.

rumor has it that Russia our old enemy of the cold war is now becoming our cold war enemy again. just like in vietnam the US and Russia are fighting a war using smaller nations in our power struggle against one another. we can't exactly go to war on that large of a scale because both sides are actually in fear of using nukes against the other. so we play the game that we know so well. Russia is supplying Iran and much of the middle east with nuclear capabilities with the ultimate goal of creating another dynasty like they had in the 600's. they have never given up in their goal of being the worlds super power.

He also won't invade countries with genocides occurring, unless big money can be earned. If only he would have known how hard it would be in Iraq. And I don't want to hear that "he said it would be hard" crap. It was a horrendous miscalculation.

Oh, knock it off... George W. Bush does not have a POLICY about invading non-nuclear countries. Your "question" is designed to rile people up by misleading them into thinking your statement is true.

Yes. America is known as an empirialist state. Other countires are using nuclear capabilities as a way of "protecting" itself, but mostly as way of thumbing their noses at American diplomacy.

Encourage isn't the word for it. They published information on the net, on how to build one. Then , due to criticism, they removed it. I don't get it. Keep the threat of terror alive, I guess.
