why do game designers in games such as mortal combat women in lingerie? it is so retarded that women are supposedly supposed to be in bras and underwear and fighting at the same time! there is no protection for them! i mean if the get cut in the stomach what kind of armor is there? skin? wow what a great defense. I know it is just a game but I don't think women should be put in sexy costumes to fight just because they are women.

The perceived market for solo shooter combat games is hetero males 13-30, and so objectifying women is supposed to sell more games. It has nothing to do with reality of the game, everything to do with reality of marketing.
