This is a rhythm i have transcribed: http://i12.tinypic.com/35jat10.jpg

Does anyone have any idea how to simplify it? Have I done it in the wrong time signature? That rhythm sounds EXACTLY as I want it to sound but it looks so complicated for a very simple rhythm. Ten points auto for the most helpful answer.

Try putting it in 6/8 time. The triplets in the second measure would sound just like eighth notes in 6/8; i think it'd look simpler.

i think it looks good.. nice job ..but if u want it to appear similar try making the tyed 8th notes a quarter note and the tyed eith and quarter note a quarter note dot i also dont think u have to put -3- things over the ones that aren't triplets...but i could be wrong
