Its a 5 Yen coin and its not worth much.

It is an arcade token, for one in the western part of the state. I forget which state. I have one also, some place and it took me a long time to find out that much. I knew it was not a coin, when I got it in a bag of a thousand or so world coins. To find out more Email Answerman2@aol.com.
