racist people. I just want to move there. I am trying to figure out which state and city /states and cities accept different cultures and don't mind having many ethnic groups?

Any big city...like New York city NY, San Diego Ca, Los Angeles Ca, Fort Worth Tx, Dallas Tx....etc. I would stay away from Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia and many parts of Tennessee, North & South Carolinia. Mississippi would be a great place to go, but it's a poor state in the sense of finding good jobs there.

That question is hard because a lot of racist do not go around broadcasting that they are racists. I would look for cities or towns with the most diverse communities with the lowest hate crime rates.

The West Coast cities. As you go further inland in California, Oregon and Washington, you find some different attitudes.

Artistic communities are usually more open. Austin, TX is nice. San Fran, Berkley, Etc.

Florida is pretty open, at least as far as I can tell.

South Carolina was terrible.
