Everytime I'm about to enter Grand Kai's manison it says that this game cannot run on this hardware.

Some ROMs cannot be played by Emulators because either they are corrupted or really not playable. There can be other versions of the same game.
For example:
If a ROM is labeled "1828 - Kingdom Hearts - Chain of Memories (U)(Venom)" and another "1828 - Kingdom Hearts - Chain of Memories (U)(Mugs)" then they are from different. Notice the VENOM and RISING SUN. I think they are the ones who can either make the ROMs work or not 'cause when I opened another ROM once, it said "This is a working version of...made by Mugs". Some games have blocks against emulators. For example DBGT Transformations says that it can only be played on the original handheld device when you get to level 2.
