Read Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser.
It's supposed to be illegal for any company not to give their employees breaks or lunch time when working 8 or more hours.
I read this book and found out alot about what goes on in fast food restaraunts that aren't right.

I would think not , i know states have their own laws , but i would think that kind of thing would fall under a Federal mandate as well, and as far as i know , labor laws call for a periodic break.
