The moon orbits the earth. It does not 'rise'. Look in any good newspaper to see what time it is visible in your area. This information can be found in the weather section.

Everything - Sun, Moon, planets, stars - rises in the east and sets in the west. It's not always due east or due west, mind you. The Moon could rise a little south of east, or rise a little north of east, depending on exactly where it is in its orbit around Earth. The same is true for the Sun - the Sun only rises due east (and sets due west) on the first day of fall and the first day of spring.

the earth only spins one direction, its the same as the sun rise in east, set in west

it doesn't rise we are orbiting. it rises in the east and sets in the west
