Well it's personal so you need to decide that. Did they ask you a specific question to answer or did they just ask for a "personal statement"? If it's open-ended write simply about your goals in life and how you plan to achieve them. Write about how you've accomplished your goals in the past. Write about what you want to learn and why. Explain why you desire is to attend that school.
