Where can I find a cask og ale for Mad Marge?
and how the game ends?

The cask of ale is on a nearby island in a building with some other casks. There's only one full one. Give it to Marge. This won't make her join you, she'll only give you the empty cask, but there's a valuable ring in the cask.

To make her join you, first you have to get Pirate John out of his jail cell just east of the tavern. When I played, it wouldn't give me the option to free him until I had a reason to--I found a dragon and he was the only dragon rider I knew. Once you get him out and he joins your party, if you talk to Marge again, she offers to join you.

I don't know yet how it ends.
