Omg! I've been waiting for someone to ask this question! I have light brown hair and black eyes! My mother is a make-up artist and she told me that green eyeshadow makes brown and black eyes *pop*! 'Jane' has an awesome color of green eyeshadow. It looks kinda bright and off the wall in the little thingie but when you get it on it's gorgeous!

i'd say golds, browns, and the right shade of green would work. you can buy it at target for $3 it's I light green. get I light color and do it all over your eyelid, then on the lower part, use a darker color. try mixing it up a bit with more colors.

If you have pale skin avoid colors that will wash the skin out. You don't want that pastie sick look...Ewww. I think that you can work with certain shades of green, rich earthy tones will work as well.

Probably like a blue or green. If you want more natural you can do a sage color.

Stick with neutrals. Colors will make your eyes appear cartoonish.
