How would i overclock - Core 2 Duo 2.13Ghz
What cooling would i need to keep it running well

It depends on how far you wanna overclock. You are going to overclock by increasing the FSB. You could probably get to 2.4 on stock cooling, but I would recommend buying something like the Thermaltake Big Typhoon. With that, you should easily be able to get to 3.2Ghz.

possibly a better fan and a better power source but they also sell PC air conditioners for around thirty dollars they use a fan and dry ice or just reguler ice and fit right next to the intake fan

for every CPU proper heat sink attached with proper fan,so put the original one and get peace of mind.

God! Please buy the CPU Fan is double resistance to 2.13 GHZ. It will help you improve the performance. So it will all solve.
