does colostrum start to leak out with most women?

Honestly it depends on the woman. Some leak early, and some leak towards the end of the pregnancy. Some don't even get it until after they delivered the baby. It varies really. Just make sure that you have some of the nursing pads on hand at all times, so that way when it happens you won't be having two wet spots on your shirt!

usually towards the end of the second trimester, beginning of the third. it's normal and will be different with all women as to how much leaks out. If you get worried ask your doctor.

I didn't start leaking until about 3 days after I had my son. In this pregnancy (26 weeks) I haven't started yet either and hope I don't until he is born....everyone is different....good luck and congratulations on your new arrival!

it varies, some woman don't leak at all and others leak throughout pregnancy

I didn't untill after I delivered. All woman are different. These kind of questions are hard to answer.
