imagine you have a site which is in between a school and a graveyard.what can you put in there so as to complete both sides?

I actually attended a grade school from age 5 to 12 that was next to a cemetery. When we played in the schoolyard before and after school and at recess we could peer into the closest part of the cemetery which actually stretched for miles. What was between the school and the cemetery was a stone wall with a cast iron fence above. I always found that cemetery beautiful because of the many old trees that grew there. I wished there had been a gate there instead of that wall and fence.
