Officialy, you are supposed to guard them and call for medical assistance. Sometimes, though, things don't work that way. A lot of times, you are moving too quickly to be slowed down by enemy POWs. Besides, you never know on first glance how wounded they really are, and they may be very capable of fighting back. Sometimes, you have to just put them down.

Depends on how wounded they are. Just because someone is wounded doesn't mean that they cant fire a weapon or pull the pin on a grenade. So most likely i would kill them as to keep myself and my fellow soldiers safe. If i did not have any obligation to keep moving forward in the battle though than i would take them prisoner. They could have useful info that could save hundreds of lives. This is a hard question and i think the best answer i can give is that it all depends upon the circumstances.

If you are still in battle, you are not obligated to stop and help a wounder enemy fighter. Your job is to finish the battle. Once the battle is over you are supposed to aid the wounded. You are not supposed to blow them away. This doesn't mean that it never happens, because war is a very emotional and stressful event. But the general rule is that you're supposed to offer aid to wounded, and then allow them to be exchanged as prisoners later.

If an enemy soldier is rendered helpless and is no longer a threat you have an obligation as a human being and an honorable soldier to help him. This is also covered in the Geneva Convention and you can be prosecuted if you do not help him.
