If you wanted to try out I'd suggest you start by doing small things like using play-doh to form balls, sticks, shapes, etc., you can also use tissue paper to form small balls or twist it into long strands, take a bowl full of beans and pass the beans to an empty bowl one by one using different combinations of fingers (thumb-index, thumb-ring finger, etc), brush your teeth and your hair with your other hand, etc. You need to teach that hand how to do small things before trying to do something such as writing which will probably tire you very fast and it will discourage you to go further.
