I tell you what im a Villa fan but i watched you yesterday and you were absolutely brilliant that Aaron Lennon is definately the future of English football, if you can keep playing like that when you get into the knockout stages of the UEFA cup you could beat anyone, although producing that kind of form week in week out will be difficult.
Good luck i will be cheering you on, along with the other English teams.

Ooh, and be crowned the 17th best team in Europe! (After all the top 16 will be in the Champions League at that stage.)
The UEFA Cup is an irrelevant tourny. Why not just rename it--the Losers Cup? It's not like the old days when the UEFA Cup had a ton of great sides because ONLY the champions were allowed in the European Cup. Also, winning the UEFA Cup was often a sign a team was about to burst thru to Euro Cup glory (think L'pool back in 1976).
Now it is just filler not killer.

I really hope so but Jol needs to keep a bit more routine up front. I understand him wanting to keep the forwards on their toes and not get complacent with the idea that they will definitely be playing, but he's changed it round so much that it's quite disruptive. The start of the season was quite apalling, especially considering how well we did last season, but they do seem to be playing a lot better recently. However that could be knocked tomorrow with Chelsea. As for UEFA, that's where I've seen the best football of the season for them and I hope they continue, I don't know if they're quite good enough to win it but I think they'll do extremely well. So far the teams haven't been too much of a challenge for them, so I think facing some of the more difficult teams might through them a bit. Fingers crossed!

Am I seeing things? 'Reds' says they are the best team in years? And they beat 'Brogues'? Ok lets start at the beginning. Tottenham are currently 12th in the Premiership having scored 6 goals in 10 games with a goal difference of -4. If this is the best team in years then god can only guess how bad they were!! And they beat Bruges, not Brogues, of Belgium. Belgium? a country that has never produced a European Champion of any sort! This is why Spurs suppoprters are unique! They seriously think they are big, good, etc. etc. Quite simply as soon as you meet a big Italian club or Spanish, your league form will show in a heavy defeat. You are SH1T

I hope the English clubs do well, but if Barca drops out of the CL and into the UEFA cup, I think it might be tough.
There's still Ajax to contend with too, but I think they have a good chance of going far.

Its possible if they can continue their good run of results and maybe get the luck of the draw, because there're still top teams like Ajax around, and not to mention the Champions League dropouts that will enter in the next round.

WHY NOT!!! it's not impossible and we know we can do it.
This the best team we've had in years and if we keep on playing like we did against Brogues, then we have every chance.
THE YID ARMY WILL MARCH ON
