It would depend on the brand.
In theory, any dimension that multipliy to give 7 cubic feet would do, plus the volume of insulation.

7 cubic feet is the size it would take to fit seven 1 foot square boxes in it.....notmuch room....and the guy saying 3 x 3 x 4 is NOT 7 its 36 cubic feet...the first guy was closer... its about 2ft x 2ft x1.75 ft

That's not very big..about the size of a bath tub.
If you get one just a little larger...it doesn't cost much more.
If you find you don't use all the space, so what. BUT...
If you need more space for the holidays etc.....
You'll be out'a luck with the little one.
