YES!!!!! What a rip off! First the movie wasn't that good and then they have the nerve to call it an all new episode of the family guy.
Lazy doesn't even begin to describe it...

No. Because the movie was planned before the announcement of the comeback of season 4. The movie in fact was made for t.v, because if you listen to commentary, the do say that it is already in 3 eps, but they would have to edit it for television. It was more the fox networks idea then the creators idea. Beside that was ages ago, the new season start a couple of months ago.

OMG yes! That is so cheap of them... "All new" my ***, and it wasn't like it was that good to start with.
