Not to forgive, by forgiving, you are releasing all these feelings and you dont have to worry where as if you dont, you have to live with it for the rest of your life.

Well if the person you want to forgive has actually done a bad thing then you need more strength to forgive but if it is you who doesn't want to forgive although you feel that you should, you need more strength to not forvige = it depends

That all depends upon what needs to be forgiven or not forgiven.
I've had a hard time forgiving when I was really hurt by someone I loved, and I had a hard time not forgiving too.
