what is the difference between adult education and community development?

they are linked to each other, but i need to know the answers for my assignments as i can,t find the straight answer

I think adult education can refer to remedial (high school level) courses, for example to get a GED, while community development is more of just courses for personal interest. If you can wait until Monday, look up local community colleges and then call the admissions office of one and ask.
