my answer to this question is, absolutely, YES!

(the following explains how i arrived at this conclusion.)

1st, many political leaders are DEEPLY religious bible-thumpers.

2nd, in the bible you will find this line: "He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him." ~~Jesus Christ

3rd, i ask you friends, how else *could* a religious fanatic interpret this line??

4th, hence, political leaders are cannibals.
