What color mascara eyeliner and mascara should i use if i have blonde hair and blue eyes?

Depends on what look you are going for. For a more dramatic look, go with black mascara and black or gray liner. For a softer look, wear brown. Both would go well with your hair and eye coloring, but if your eyebrows, lashes and skin tone are light, I'd go with the more subtle look during the day.

If you like both looks, you could choose based on color tone.
If you are wearing warm colors (like browns, golds, peaches or greens) go with the brown.
If you are wearing cool colors (like pinks, blues or purples) go with the gray or black.

As for general color choices when it comes to shadows or liners: the opposite of blue is orange on the color wheel, so any color with an orange base (peaches or corals) would make the blue really stand out. Blue eyes also look good with (subtle!) purples, golds, pinks or blues.

Maybe you should think about going to a department store where there are people to help you figure that out so you will know and remember it forever. But until then ask a parent for advice I guarantee your mom could help you out with that. But if you are more of an independent person, experiment on yourself when you have time to.

Black eye liner would be best. Unless your eye lashes are blond you don't need mascara. If you do, black is best.
