YES GENERALLY PEOPLE FORGET PAST AND HAVE MERCY WITH THE CRIMINALS. THAT IS REASON SO FAR WE COULD NOT STOP THE CRIME BECAUSE CRIMINAL KNOW IT THAT FIRST OF HE WILL NOT BE PROVED THE CRIMINAL IN THE COURT OF LAW IF IT IS IT WILL TAKE LONG LONG TIME. EVEN AFTER THAT HE CAN APPLY FOR MERCY AND SAVE HIMSELF. TO GIVE PUNISHMENT TO CRIMINAL COURT SHOULD DECIDE THE CASE IN SHORT PERIOD SO THAT HIS CRIME SHOULD NOT BE FADED AWAY FROM THE MEMORIES OF JUDGE AS WELL AS PEOPLE.

It is difficult to answer a question which has no head or tails. Maybe you are asking if we are in favour of mercy for criminals.. This will depend upon the type of crime.
