When the Liberals assume power in 2009, how are they going to punish the conservatives?

Gun registration and confiscation, re-education camps, seizure of private property, redistribution of wealth, abolition of religion, possibly mass executions.
Or maybe they'll just raise taxes.

There is nothing to punish conservatives for. Conservatives have raised the stock market through the roof, are creating the most jobs and thus have the lowest unemployment in history and are fighting for America's freedom. It's also a bit presumptuous to assume that liberals will take over in 2009 when it's only 2006. A lot can happen in a few years.

liberals wont assume power in the states. usa is a conservative country. more so now, than ever before. for example, look at your two most "liberal" states. they both have conservative governors. id hate to see what the "real" conservative states look like, if new york and california is your idea of "liberal". at the same time, there is still some hope for usa. for example, al gore is doing alot to promote environmentalism. if the liberals go into power (not likely to happen), i think we will see more steps made to clean up the environment to slow down pollution. i, personally would like to see high taxes attached to petroleum so people stop driving so much.

Oh, and as far as the lowest unemployment rate, does that mean all the jobs that have been created at McDonalds? How about all the people who are off their unemployment now and still not working? Oh yeah, Republicans blame the enemployed for their unemployment.
