you know, so that i can push up from a head stand to a hand stand. what can i do to get it. i already doing push ups

Try going into a bridge and bending your arms, then straitening them, and keep doing that. It helps me a lot. Then, go by the wall, get in a hand stand, get on your head, and try to get up.

I have used a program called Bigger Faster Stronger for about 3 years or so. It's a great program for building muscle size, strength, and flexibility. If you search the internet and look at their site they have a lot of things that may help. They work a lot with football players but the program is used for any sport or just for working out. I'm trying to do the same thing. I suggest pull ups! You can do them on gymnastics high bar, or a normal pull up bar. I suggest anything wood though, because metal is slippery.

I suggest do alot of pushups and do alot of bench pressing start at your own bodyweight or surpass it.And I suggest you pack on extra muscle weight you will benefit from these results.
