Kurt hated fashion, the mainstream, superficiality....basically everything that Frances likes, but he LOVED his daughter. I think he would support her in anything she wishes to pursue. I think it is completely bizarre that Frances is the way she is. I always thought that she would be messed up(you know since her father is deceased, her mother is insane, and there is constant rumors that her mother killed her father--need I say more). So far she seems un harmed by all this tragedy. Though I do expect her to fall--its only natural.

I think he would respect her decision in wanting to pave her way in an industry that will let her talents and interests shine, rather than going into the music industry just because both of her parents made their names through music. Too many children and relations of well-known celebrities want to ride on the coattails of their dear old mom or dad. And in NOT going into music she's differentiating herself and what people would expect of her. She wants to make a name for herself as her own person; not the daughter of Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain. Though that's bound to happen anyway.
I think Cobain would have accepted whatever his daughter wanted to do, so long as she was happy in doing it.

If Kurt was about, what influence might he have had?
I am sure he would not have wanted her to go into music. Best of luck to her

I just hope he would've been satisfied with whatever she does, as long as she's happy.

I suppose if Kurt was really concerned about his daughter he wouldn't have killed himself.
