You see pics of them with Cruise but never with her. She is their mother but then again maybe she doesn't like being a mom?

Actually, Nicole Kidman is a good mom and loves being a mother. She does spend a lot of time with her children (Conor and Isabella) but she doesn't feel the need to exposed her kids in the spotlight for publicity like her Tom or other celebrities. Nicole wants her children to have a semi-normal childhood.

How would we know what Nicole does in her personal time with her children? Just because she doesn't set them on display to have their pictures taken, does not mean they are not together. Nicole keeps her time with her children private and not on display. Mr. Cruise loves attention and one way to get that is to be sure the whole world knows when he is spending time with his kids.

Gimme a break!!! She doesn't want to exploit them?!!! But it's ok for her to exploit her nephew Hamish, by carrying him around instead? That young man is 11 years old and she looks like a fool carrying him like he's a baby!!! He probably weighs more than she does!!! Besides, shouldn't he be in school in Australia somewhere?
If a mom wanted to see her kids, she'd find the time....especially someone like Nicole with the money and resurces to do so. She doesn't see them because she doesn't want to or they don't want to see her. But she uses her nephew instead to look maternal.

That's a terrible thing to say - you have no idea how she takes care of her kids or not. I'm sure she is just more protective of them being a mother and doesn't feel the need to parade them around in front of cameras.

I think that's a mean thing to say the the papparzi show no mercy they photograph the celebs and rich peoples kids making them a target for stalkers, weirdos, obsessed fans you name it. I don't blame for her for wanting to protect her children if that is the reason.

tom cruise is trying really hard to prove that he's both straight and a likeable non-insane person. parading children in front of cameras is one way to do that.

She using everything else as a photo op. why not they kids? And from I recall she used them as a photo op, just before the wedding, at the childrens hospital in Sydney.

She's rich enough that she doesn't have to. So is Tom but he chooses to spend time with them whether or not he has the money for a nanny. Kinda explains why they divorced huh?
