Mike Bell,
He has the potential to lose carries to whomever is Shanahan's flavor of the week but his potential for Fantasy points is much greater than Lewis's downward spiral.

I would go with Mike Bell because I heard that Tatum is not going to play this week.

Start Bell if he is named the starter...otherwise go with Lewis.

I'd watch the news regarding tatum bell and if he is out I would start Mike Bell for sure!
