I am planing on moving to Arizona when I'm 18 so I can be with my girlfriend but I don't know where to start, how much it is going to cost or what it would involve.

you should be more concerned about finding a job when you get there. In fact don't go unless you have a job lined up, that way you won;thave to worry about how much it costs.

You have to get a green card but first of all don't forget we need a visa to go there as we have so many terrorists amongst us in Britain.
