Doctors say that you can start using them again when you feel comfortable. The other people say never because usually after a person gets TSS they are too scared to use them because they think that they will get TSS again. As long as you are comfortable with them use them. Just be safe.

i do not use tampons. never liked them. there are so many different brand of pads out there. Find the one that you like best.
