The one that makes you feel like you're making a positive contribution to society...
The one that allows you to stretch and grow as a person...
The one that doesn't feel like a job so much as a labor of love...
I'm guessing you're still young, so my best advice is to pay attention to the things you do that make you happy, the things you can do really well and that make you feel satisfied when you're done. Then find a way to turn it into a job or a service that someone will want to pay you to do for them.
Good for you for starting to think about this already. You're demonstrating a lot of wisdom.

If you follow your heart and do what you love, the money will come to you. The most important thing is that YOU are satisfied with what you're doing. Otherwise, you'll burn out quickly, be stressed all the time and will probably feel unfulfilled and disgruntled. Explore your opportunities by reading, talking to people and traveling (college is also a wonderful place to figure out what you want to do). Then you'll see what options are available to you. I think the best job is being a good parent. The struggles are worth it.
I was a foster mom for 15 years and I have more satisfaction from doing that than from being a school librarian...family matters more than work or money.

I have always heard if you find something you would do for free you will never work a day in your life. I agree. Find something you love to do and make a career out of it. That way you live a life of passion and purpose doing what you love to do.

A fireman...or maybe a teacher. What about a scientist? It all depends on what you are interested in, and what you enjoy doing.
