Different time periods, but it would be a good story. Maybe you can have a very old Sherlock Holmes and a very young Hercule Poirot.

Holmes has been used in many different stories other than those by Doyle, but I do not believe Poirot has ever been written about by anyone other than Christie, so there are probably no stories with them both in it.

Read Agatha Christie novels for Hercule.
