My boobs have been sore for the past 4 days, extremely sore. It is not due to pms symptoms either. I noticed sometimes when I sleep on my stomach it causes my boobs to ache for a couple days, does that happen to anyone else? Is there anything else that could cause them to be sore? Thanks!

You cold be pregnant.. Or maybe too much caffeine!! Does it to me every time. If you are not pregnant, watch your caffeine intake.Maybe it could be hormones too, or possibly this could be your body's response when you are ovulating..

are you sure it's not PMS...you're not necc. pregnant, you could be retaining a lot of water...I'm going throught the same thing right now and i'm not prego...I think its pms
has anyone sucked, nibbled or bitten your nipples lately? Cause that'll do it
when ure prego they start hurting after the 2nd month...u would know before then that you were pregnant

Yes,if you lay on your boobs the wrong way when you sleep it can cause tenderness that makes them sore.If you exercized recently, that can cause them to be sore for days.

It happens to me & i'm NOT pregnant. They might be growing I don't know how old you r but if your inyuo rteens thats probably what it is if its not pms or pregnancy.

well,my boobs are sore too.mine haven't fully developed yet.I have that same problem so don't worry.check with your docter if it hurts any worse,ok.other that that it could meat that they are developing or just growing.your very welcome!
