Stay where you are. I must say your spelling leaves me a bit confused, but I'm guessing that the job you have is boring, while the job you'll be getting is less boring? Not a good enough reason to leave. Transfer for the same pay? Doesn't look good on your resume. The people where you're at now like you? Best reason of all to stay. You don't want to be bored take up a hobby like skydiving or poledancing and the boring job won't seem so bad.

I would say 'if in doubt, do nowt', if you are unhappy where you are carry on looking for something better.
If you took the new job, would you carry on looking for something different? If so, i think you would be better of staying where you are until you find something that you really want.

The right choice depends on your personality. If you're (let's say) pragmatistic then i prefer new job. But, if you're social and cares social dialogs so much then i prefer to you to keep the old one. I hope this answer helped you little bit.
