The songs on iTunes are ninetynine cents apiece. The videos (since you may be getting her a video iPod) on iTunes vary depending on the movie, length of the clip, or show. I think that they range from about $4.99 to $9.99 or higher.

There is a legit site called Limewire that you can download. The cost to use it legitimatey is a $19.99 one-time charge. You can download songs and videos there, same quality as iTunes, just a lot cheaper.

Good luck! I hope that she enjoys her new gift!

If you choose to buy your songs from iTunes then it will cost you $0.99 per song. I do not reccomend that. Try downloading one of these for the computer - Limewire or Bearshare. I will put the link to the site below.
Limewire

Bearshare

With Limewire or Bearshare, you can download songs for free although is considered illegal since you do not pay for the songs. I use Limewire.
NO, NO, NO the person above me said that you have to pay for Limewire. YOU do NOT have to pay for limewire. Just get the free version. It would be a waste of money to buy the PRO version and spend money.

You can also put songs from your cd's onto your iPod.

Hope this helped
Jeff

It only costs money if you get your music from iTunes. If you already have MP3's in your computer, or you load up your own music CD's into your computer then load them into your iPod, then it is completely free.
