I think Dick Chaney and Donald Rumsfeld both fought in the war of 1812.

But seriously, I do not consider combat as a litmus test for a leader. Nor do will I allow it to be a crutch for stupidity. Kerry's words were ignorant and not well thought out. He should have known better. I call out Bush when he says something stupid and I sure the hell will do the same with any public figure.

it is rather between the main humane wars we've ever fought. We nevertheless have not lost one % of the squaddies we lost in international conflict II. And in spite of the reality that the prisons carry our enemies for an indeterminable length of time, you are able to desire to word that so some distance we've placed certainly NO muslims in any ovens, or experimented with them, or practiced our beheading concepts, or used them as objective prepare. i think of the genuine sadism is letting the conflict circulate this long interior the 1st place. we could desire to continuously have a miles less humane conflict, so our squaddies (that consists of me) can come abode to our families, incredibly of spend year after year in yet another united states on a similar time as a liberal government (who has way much less veterans than the conservatives) tries to run a conflict they know no longer something approximately.
